The glamorous Queen Mathilde of Belgium donned a stylish grey jumper adorned with shimmering sequins.  She matched her winter-themed jumper with a pair of light grey wide trousers and weighty drop earrings. Her highlighted hair was worn loosely for the informal occasion. Crowds of well-wishers gathered to meet the queen, handing her a pretty bouquet of pink flowers.

Queen Mathilde of Belgium appeared to enjoy the session at the primary school, which encourages children to read aloud on their own and to others.
